Nicole Wavra MPH, RD, LD

Nicole is a Registered Dietitian who works with families and individuals to develop strong yet flexible relationships with food.  Nicole knows that proper nutrition is an important part of keeping your body and brain healthy, which can be enhanced with enjoyment of preparing, eating and sharing food with others.

Nicole has worked with children, adolescents and adults of all ages and specializes in eating disorders and feeding disorders.  She has experience working at a nationally recognized eating disorder facility in residential, intensive programming and outpatient capacities.  Nicole holds a bachelors degree in Nutrition and Dietetics and a masters degree in Public Health Nutrition, both from the University of Minnesota. 

Nicole’s favorite foods are popcorn, corn on the cob and apple cinnamon donuts.

Jessica Sawyer MA, LMFT

Jess believes that you are the authority on your own life. Within you exists the potential to truly experience your authentic self and to live a fulfilling life. However, there are times in all of our lives when we may experience stress, depression, anxiety, confusion, anger, fear, or complacency. When this happens it can be difficult to manage life effectively and with peace of mind. This is when professional support can be helpful. 

Whatever concerns you are struggling with, Jess will collaborate with you to help identify goals and develop a treatment approach to empower you to realize them. 

Jess has a master's degree in marriage and family therapy from Argosy University and a bachelor of arts in child psychology from the University of Minnesota. She has worked with youth, adults and families doing in-home, group, individual and couples/partner therapy. She is an experiential, strengths-based therapist, encouraging client strengths while challenging destructive patterns. Creativity, authenticity, healing and laughter are essential parts of her collaboration with clients on problem solving, communication and goal planning.

Jess’s favorite foods are cheese, curry and bread.
